Nashua Officers Stop Burglary, Arrest Man After Struggle: Police

Nashua police said Kevin Olena was arrested the day after Thanksgiving and charged with a host of crimes.

NASHUA, NH -- A Nashua man was arrested the day after Thanksgiving and charged with a host of crimes after police said he broke into a city residence then struggled with officers who tracked him down. Kevin Olena, 33, was arrested Friday. He was held in custody pending an arraignment.

Nashua Police Lieutenant Robert Page said officers responded to the residence Friday morning after receiving a report Olena broke in, violating a protective order. Officers located Olena at the residence and took him into custody "after a brief struggle," Page said in a statement.

Olena was charged with burglary, resisting arrest stalking and violating a protective order. He was also charged with breach of bail related to a previous arrest, according to Page.
