Nashua Man Charged With Trying To Rape Girl: Police

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua teenager was arrested over the weekend after police said he tried to rape a girl. Jason Warren (pictured), 18, was charged with attempted aggravated sexual assault. He was held on $50,000 bail.

"On August 18 ... the Nashua Police Department received a report of a sexual assault involving a juvenile female," Nashua Police Lieutenant Robert Page said in a statement. "The female and Warren are known to one another."

Police did not release further details about this case.

Warren was held in custody at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester pending an arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
