Nashua Man Charged in Two Residential Burglaries

Lao was held on $20,000 cash bail.

Noel Lao, 45, was arrested Sept. 25, after he was caught allegedly burglarizing a Perham Street residence. He was consequently linked with another residential burglary, and now faces additional charges. 

On September 25 at about 8:56 a.m., officers responded to a residence on Perham Street in reference to a report of a burglary in progress. Upon initial investigation Lao was placed under arrest and charged with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. 

The investigation was furthered by police who discovered that Lao had allegedly committed burglaries at another Nashua residence.

He was subsequently charged with two additional counts of burglary, both class B felonies. Lao was being held at the Nashua Police Department on $20,000 cash/surety bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court on September 26, 2013.
