Nashua Man Charged with Stealing Debit Card, Spending $1,500
Corey Jordan reportedly withdrew $1,500 from the victim's account.

A Nashua man is facing felony theft and other charges after he allegedly stole a debit card and withdrew $1,500 from the victim's bank account.
Corey Jordan, 20, of 727 West Hollis St., Nashua was arrested on Thursday and charged with theft, driving after revocation or suspension and conduct after an accident. He was also wanted on a bench warrant for missing a court appearance.
Police said the arrest was the result of an investigation into an ongoing theft that occurred from August through Sept. 24, 2013. The adult male victim indicated that his debit card had been stolen and money had been withdrawn from his account. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Jordan had withdrawn more than $1,500 from the victim’s bank account.
Members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Division responded to the scene of a hit-and-run accident on Nov. 21, 2013. After an investigation, it was determined that Jordan was the operator that had caused the accident and he had fled from the scene prior to police arrival. No one was injured in the accident.
Members of the Uniformed Field Operations Bureau and Criminal Investigation Division furthered the investigation. As a result of the investigation, Jordan was arrested.
Jordan’s bail has been set at $10,000 cash pending his arraignment on Friday in Nashua District Court.
