A GoFundMe post online described Jigargian as being very involved in the wrestling arena for many years, and he was super competitive; he also loved fishing and was an outgoing kid. The GoFundMe says that Jigargian’s parents "ad to make a decision that no parent should ever have to make, to withdraw the life support as Ryan had no hope of recovery."

More than $10,000 of the $12,000 goal has been raised.
