Nashua Man Indicted On Child Rape, Computer Services Charges: Superior Court Indictment Roundup

Nashua man indicted on strangulation, rape charges; Gilford felon indicted on knife threat charge; Hudson man indicted on burglary charges.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Wayne Joseph Cameron, 58, of Palm Street in Nashua, on felony felon in possession-a fixed blade knife on March 9 in Nashua. He is a felon due to a burglary conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in January 2019.

Tina Chase, 49, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 11 in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted of drug possession in Derry District Court in August 2013.

Daniel Cote, 56, of Longridge Driver in Gilford, on criminal threatening and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He was accused of possessing a pocketknife and threatening another person with it on March 22 in Milford. Cote is a felon due to a felonious sexual assault conviction in July 1989 in Belknap County Superior Court.

Michael R. Fontaine, 56, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl, on Dec. 19 and Dec. 20, 2024, in Nashua.

Jan Garcia-Rivera, 23, of Manchester Street in Nashua, on second-degree assault, attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, and five aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling and repeatedly raping a woman on Aug. 9, 2024, in Nashua.

Joseph Hall, 37, of Pine Street in Nashua, on arson, criminal mischief, and motor vehicles; penalties charges, all felonies, and a criminal trespass charge. He acted in concert with Brandon Marsocci and-or Daniel Pacetti to set an ABC Vending machine on fire on Nov. 17, 2024, in Nashua. Hall was also accused of entering and remaining at Nashua Foundries Inc. on Foundry Street in Nashua on Nov. 17, 2024. He was accused of driving on Main Dunstable Road in Nashua on Aug. 14, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Becky Hewes, 41, of Mill Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine on May 7, 2024, in Nashua. She was previously convicted of possession in October 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South, according to an indictment.

Steven Jacques, 54, of Kiena Road in Hudson, on two burglary and two falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Sandalwood Road in Hudson between May 1, 2023, and Feb. 28, 2024, and Dec. 1, 2024, and Feb. 5. Jacques factory resetted his iPad and iPhone to impair an investigation between Feb. 5 and Feb. 6, according to an indictment.

Thomas Jardine, 42, of Tenby Drive in Nashua, on certain uses of a computer services prohibited, endangering the welfare of a child, and five aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of using Snapchat to engage in conversation with a girl between Oct. 28, 2021, and Oct. 27, 2024, in Nashua. Jardine purposely solicited the girl to allow him to rape her by telling her she owed him due to purchasing her items and clothing and engaged in a pattern of sexual assault, according to the indictment.

Paul Johnson, 37, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited methamphetamine charge on Nov. 26, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on prior charges.

Hadley Jones, 41, of Richardson Drive in Derry, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a firearm on Oct. 29, 2024, in Hudson. Jones was convicted of a criminal mischief in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in July 2023.
