Nashua Nurse Stole $5K From Elderly Couple, Police Say

NH police said Jessica Vazquez stole thousands from an elderly couple. Police said they are investigating if she stole from other clients.

HOLLIS, NH — A Nashua woman was arrested Wednesday after police said she stole $5,000 from an elderly couple then visited their house and pleaded with them to drop the charges. Jessica Vazquez (pictured), 27, was charged with witness tampering. Police said she worked as a licensed nursing assistant for the couple in Hollis. Police also said they are investigating if Vazquez committed similar thefts for other clients.

Vazquez was accused of stealing the couple's debit card and making cash withdrawals in Nashua and Amherst.

Hollis Police Sergeant Jon Tate said officers interviewed Vazquez about the theft August 8.
