Man Charged with Violating Protective Order

The Nashua Police Department made the following arrests from May 13 to May 14. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Sheila A. Stone, 27, of 263 Main St., Nashua, arrested on an out-of-town warrant for theft of rental, May 13.
• Stefan Rutherford, 53, of 7 Autumn Leaf Drive, Apt. 23, Nashua, charged with conduct after an accident May 13.
• Shannon Lee McManus, 33, of 35 Hawkstead Holw, Nashua, charged with driving without giving proof, driving after revocation or suspension, drivers license prohibitions, suspended registration May 13.
• Matthew Larosee, 27, of 53 David Drive, Milford, charged with conduct after an accident May 13.
• Felix J. Perez, 30, of 101 Glendale Ave., Apt. 2, Manchester, charged with violation of a protective order May 13.
• Elsa Wenske, 62, of 5 Louisburg Square, Apt. 11, Nashua, charged with driving while intoxicated May 13.
• Fernando Anton, 23, of 39 Congress St., Apt. 19, Nashua, charged with criminal threatening May 14.
