Nashua Police Arrest Man Accused Of Firing Gun On Lake Street

Update: Todd Bulliner, 38 of Nashua is accused of reckless conduct and second-degree assault. Police say the incident involved a theft call.

NASHUA, NH - Nashua Police arrested Todd Bulliner, 38 of Nashua, he is accused of reckless conduct.

Police responded to Lake Street at about 3:25 a.m. for a report of a male attempting to steal parts from a parked vehicle. Officers learned prior to their arrival, the male was approached by Bulliner and during the encounter, Bulliner is accused of firing a single gunshot.

Detectives through their investigation said that the two men were involved in a physical altercation and the male sustained a laceration to his head. The injury was allegedly caused by Bulliner striking the man with a part of the firearm that Bulliner had in his possession.

Detectives with the Nashua Police Department Criminal Investigation Division were assigned to further the investigation. Detectives conducted interviews with the involved parties and witnesses before processing the crime scene on Lake Street.


Detectives had two large areas on Lake Street surrounded with yellow crime scene tape, and were collecting items and placing them in evidence bags. An officer was also seen photographing the area, including under a vehicle in the parking lot.

As a result of the investigation, Bulliner was additionally charged with Second Degree Assault, a Class B Felony with an enhanced sentencing penalty. No damage or injuries were sustained as a result of the gunshot.
