Nashua Police: Five Arrested on Drug Charges

Nashua Police announced five drug-related arrests in connection with Operation Granite Shield.

NASHUA, NH - Nashua Police announced five drug-related arrests in connection with Operation Granite Shield. These individuals were Allison Dejesus, Tina Gelinas, John Brogioli, William Gervais, and Jessica Nyman.

Allison Dejesus, 32, of 11 Pepperell Circle Apartment B, Brookline NH was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug (2nd Offense), Methamphetamine, Felony, 2 counts of Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute (2nd Offense), Methamphetamine, Felony, and Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (2nd Offense), Heroin, Felony. Police also seized in excess of 30 grams of Methamphetamine and $2,000.

A search warrant was executed at Dejesus’ residence after an investigation revealed Dejesus was distributing drugs. Dejesus will face enhanced penalties due to having a prior drug conviction and possessing in excess of 30 grams. Dejesus was held on $75,000 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Apr. 27.

Tina Gelinas, 31, of 19 Summer Street, Nashua NH was arrested and charged with 1 count of Common Nuisance, Felony, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute, Methamphetamine, Felony, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug, Methamphetamine, Felony, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug, Cocaine, Felony, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug, Alprazolam, Felony, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug, Amphetamine, Felony, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Gabapentin, Misdemeanor, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Tizanidine, Misdemeanor, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Hydroxyzine, Misdemeanor, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Unlawful Possession of a Controlled
Drug, Quetiapine, Misdemeanor, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Bupropion, Misdemeanor, 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Clonidine, Misdemeanor, and 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride, Misdemeanor.

A search warrant was executed at Gelinas’ residence after an investigation revealed Gelinas to be distributing and keeping drugs. Gelinas was held on $75,000 cash only and is scheduled for arraignment on Apr. 27.

John Brogioli, 53, of 60 Hillcrest Street, Waltham MA was arrested and charged with 1 count of Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug, MDMA, Felony. Police seized in excess of 100 grams of MDMA after executing a search warrant on a package that was delivered through the mail to Brogioli. Department of Homeland Security Investigations assisted with this investigation. Brogioli was held on $100,000 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Apr. 27.

William Gervais, 28, of 21 South Shore Drive, Pelham NH was arrested on an active Capias Warrant. Gervias was held without bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Apr. 27.

Jessica Nyman, 35, of No Fixed Address, Nashua NH was arrested on an active Capias Warrant. Nyman was held without bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Apr. 27.
