Nashua Police Roundup 22 People As Part Of Narcotics, Other Criminal Offenses Sweeps

The arrests occurred in September and October by the police department's Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit.

NASHUA, NH — Nearly two dozen people were arrested during the last two months as part of a crackdown on criminal behavior often related to drug activity and other criminal offenses, according to police.

Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor for the Nashua Police Department, said 22 people were arrested in September and October by the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit.

Jonathan Bennett, 27, on felony sale of fentanyl and resisting arrest or detention charges.

Kaylee Colon, 26, on felony possession of fentanyl and criminal trespass charges.

Promice Fannon, 39, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-crack cocaine and deal-possess prescription drugs charges.

Scott Frost, 24, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine charge.

Christopher Hayes, 42, was arrested twice, according to police. He was charged each time with possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent offense and driving after revocation or suspension, as well as an out-of-town warrant.

Jared Hayward, 41, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge.

Alexandra Iannotti, 28, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge.

Courtney Lavalle, 27, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, crack cocaine and fentanyl, as well as falsifying physical evidence.

Maria Leduc, 48, on a felony possession of crack cocaine-subsequent offense.

Stephanie Lescard, 35, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-buprenorphine-naloxone.

Ein Nickerson, 42, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent, cocaine and fentanyl, and a capias warrant.

Bryan Ferreira Nunes, 33, on possession of cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies.

Efrain Lazu Ortiz, 34, on a felony possession of a crack cocaine charge.

Robert Parker, 38, on felony possession of fentanyl and driving after revocation or suspension charges.

Jose Perez-Atanacio, 66, on a felony possession of cocaine charge.

Maria Quintana, 45, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge.

James Sogness, 37, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge.

Jason Soto, 45, on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-crack cocaine charges, both felonies.

Anthony Tidwell, 29, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-buprenorphine-naloxone and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges.

Christina Tuttle, 41, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, crack cocaine and fentanyl.

Ethan Villemaire, 35, on felony possession of fentanyl, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest or detention charges, as well as a fugitive from justice warrant out of Vermont.

Hayden Wilburn, 32, on falsifying physical evidence, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies.

Colon, Hayes, Hayward, Iannotti, Leduc, Lescard, Nunes, Ortiz, Parker, Perez-Atanacio, Quintana, and Tidwell were released on personal recognizance and have future arraignment dates in Nashua District Court.

Bennett, Nickerson, Sogness, Tuttle, Villemaire, and Wilburn were held without bail.

Fannon, Frost, Lavalle, and Soto were held on cash bail.
