Nashua Police Shooting Justified, AG Says
The New Hampshire Attorney General said a Nashua police officer was justified in shooting Justin Contreras three times on Ledge Street.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua police officer was justified in opening fire on a city man during a confrontation in June, according to the New Hampshire Attorney General. Officer James Ciulla fired three times at Justin Contreras (pictured), hitting him twice, according to AG Gordon MacDonald. Contreras, who police said pointed an unloaded revolver at Ciulla and two other officers, survived.
