Nashua Sex Offender Arrested: Police
Nashua police said Michael Pagan, convicted of sexual assault earlier this year, failed to notify authorities of an address change.

NASHUA, NH -- A convicted sex offender was arrested in Nashua last week after police said he failed to notify authorities of an address change as required by New Hampshire's sex offender registry. Michael Pagan, 21, was arrested and charged with duty to inform and duty to report, both felonies.
Nashua Police Captain James Testaverde said Pagan failed to notify authorities of a change in his address and failed to complete his semi-annual sex offender registration. In March, Pagan was convicted of two counts of sexual assault in Hillsborough County Superior Court. He was required to register with authorities for the next 10 years.
Pagan was released on bond pending an arraignment September 27.
