Nashua Sex Offender With Long Rap Sheet Arrested Again
Nashua police said James Labombard failed to comply with his sex offender registration. His record includes more than 20 charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua sex offender with more than 20 charges on his record was arrested again after failing to notify authorities of a change in his address, police said Saturday. James Labombard, 43, of Nashua, was charged with duty to inform, a felony. Labombard was convicted of sexually assaulting a child in 1998 and is required to register his residence with police.
Police Lt. Robert Page said officers were recently notified that Labombard failing to report a change in his residence. An arrest warrant was issued and Labombard was taken into custody Tuesday.
Labombard's criminal record dates back to 1995 and includes charges for assault, theft, threatening, resisting arrest and drug possession.

Labombard faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted of the duty to inform charge.
