Nashua Thief Arrested Again Near Liquor Store
Nashua police said Brian Hayward was arrested for shoplifting at a New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet store.

NASHUA, NH — A convicted Nashua thief was arrested again after stealing from a New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet store last week, according to police. Brian Hayward, 32, was charged with felony theft. He refused bail and was held in custody.
Police Lt. Daniel Mederos said officers were dispatched to the Coliseum Avenue liquor store Tuesday afternoon after staff reported a shoplifting incident. The officers found Hayward near the store and took him into custody.
"Hayward was found to be in possession of the stolen items and was placed under arrest," Mederos said in a statement.

Hayward has "several" theft convictions on his record, which upgraded his theft charge to a felony. He was held in at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending an arraignment.
