Nashua Woman Charged In Man's Fentanyl Death

Kaylee Santos, of Nashua, was charged with selling a fatal dose of fentanyl to a 22-year-old in 2016.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua woman has been charged in connection with a man's fentanyl death in 2016. Kaylee Santos, 26, was indicted last week by a Hillsborough County grand jury on charges of selling drugs and selling a fatal dose of drugs. Santos was accused of selling the drugs to Jonathan Kohli, who died April 9, 2016.

Kohli was a 22-year-old from Nashua. Santos will be arraigned Jan. 18 in Hillsborough County Superior Court. An indictment means a grand jury determined a trial is warranted based on evidence in the case.

Santos faces 20 years or more in prison if convicted of the charges.
