New Business Concept Features Chef Colin Rourke of Nashua

MANCHESTER, NH — Alltown Fresh Handcrafted Kitchen and Market celebrated its opening on Thursday, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at their 2391 Brown Avenue location in Manchester.

The business is much more than a place to stop for gas, providing guests with a handcrafted kitchen and market concept. Guests can expect whole ingredient kitchen staples, southern-style BBQ, made-to-order dishes, take-home meal kits, and fresh groceries. Alltown Fresh Manchester will be headed by Chef Colin Rourke of Nashua.

“We are excited to open our first New Hampshire location right here in Manchester,” Chef Joshua Smith, vice president of Alltown Fresh, said. “It’s of high importance to immerse ourselves within the community we reside in and look forward to making a difference every day with great service, people, and food.”
