"This new The Friendly Toast in Nashua is nearly the exact location where Green Ridge Turkey Farm, the restaurant and turkey farm my dad managed in the 1970s, once stood, so this is truly a full-circle moment for me," The Friendly Toast co-owner Eric Goodwin said. "As a New Hampshire resident, I could not be more excited for this restaurant opening and for The Friendly Toast team to become further ingrained in Nashua’s community. We are thrilled to expand our footprint in New Hampshire, bringing a one-of-a-kind dining experience to Nashua and beyond."
From 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Monday, The Friendly Toast will be celebrating its grand opening in Nashua with photo opportunities, activities, and a live radio remote broadcast with Greg & The Morning Buzz, which will be raffling off gift cards to The Friendly Toast and 3-day passes to Boston Calling.

As part of its opening celebration, The Friendly Toast is donating dozens of freshly prepared meals to the Nashua Soup Kitchen and donating proceeds from alcohol sales during its soft opening to the Nashua Center, which provides early support and services to children and their families from birth to age three and adults with disabilities or brain disorders.
"Supporting the various communities we are a part of is extremely important to us at The Friendly Toast," The Friendly Toast co-owner Scott Pulver. "Ahead of the Nashua opening, we have already started working with organizations making an impact in the area. As we continue to become familiar with Nashua and its residents, we look forward to finding new ways to give back to those in need."
The Friendly Toast debuted a new menu earlier this month featuring nearly 75 items made in its scratch kitchen, including several gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, and signature dishes like the Avocado Toast, Medley Crue Bowl, Breakfast Burrito, and Garden Omelet. Additionally, The Friendly Toast’s bar menu includes mimosa and bloody mary flights, as well as several cocktail creations made with a wide variety of ingredients and flavors, such as house-infused Chai vodka, house-made bloody mary mix, elderflower liqueur, and more.
Recently, The Friendly Toast also introduced a new events program, Friendly Functions. Available at all locations, Friendly Functions allows customers to rent the entire restaurant for any private function, including baby and wedding showers, holiday parties, birthday parties and team building. The Friendly Toast locations are available to rent from 5:00 – 8:00 PM for groups of 50 – 125 people. A specialty menu featuring options for passed appetizers and small plate portions is also available when booking functions.
In addition to its Friendly Functions program, The Friendly Toast is now offering catering at all locations. Customers can order from a special catering menu and get food for pickup or delivery through ezCater.
