Customers Of 14 McDonald’s Restaurants Help Raise $1M For Charity, Owner-Operator Says
Michael Gambino, who owns locations in Manchester, Milford, and Nashua, says the generosity will help families with critically ill children.

NASHUA, NH — The owner-operator of 14 McDonald’s Restaurants in New Hampshire announced Thursday that customers had helped his company raise $1 million for the families of critically ill children.
Michael Gambino, who owns restaurants in Alton, Derry, Epping, Epsom, Goffstown, Hooksett, Lee, Londonderry, Manchester, Milford, Nashua, and Raymond, announced the news Thursday. He credited customers rounding up their receipts as the reason money was raised. The funds will provide 6,000 nights of lodging for families with critically ill or injured children receiving treatment at local hospitals via the Ronald McDonald House Charities of New England program.
The charity provides a home away from home so parents can be near their children during difficult times.
