New Hampshire State Police Troopers Accuse Nashua Man Of Driving 122 MPH On The Everett Turnpike

NASHUA, NH — A man from Nashua is facing a felony charge after being accused of driving 122 mph Tuesday night during a chase with state troopers.

Around 9:45 p.m., a trooper clocked the driver of a 2025 Mazda 3 at 110 mph on the southbound side of the Everett Turnpike, according to New Hampshire State Police. After passing the trooper, Michael Lodovice, 53, of Nashua, was accused of driving up to 122 mph.

The trooper attempted to stop the vehicle, and Lodovice “briefly stopped” at the top of the Exit 4 offramp, “but then took off, southbound, on East Dunstable Road,” state police said.

Lodovice was accused of driving on East Dunstable Road, then onto Spit Brook Road. He then pulled into the Oak Hill Condominiums’ parking lot and was arrested, state police said.

Lodovice was charged with felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon and disobeying an officer charges, as well as reckless operation, yellow-solid line violation, and traffic control device violations. He was processed and released on cash bail. Lodovice is due to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Dec. 10.
