New Hampshire Republicans and Democrats traded their share of barbs March 31, the deadline for open enrollment for the Affordable Care Act. Former Sen. Scott Brown, a Rye Republican exploring a run for his party's nomination and a chance to challenge U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-NH, was among those taking to Twitter to criticize "Obamacare."
New Hampshire uses the federal healthcare marketplace. Through February, 21,578 individuals had signed up for a marketplace plan, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
