Parents Arrested for Negligent Homicide After Infant's Death
Jasmine Cedar-Fultz, 32, and Xorrel Cabrera, 24, are accused of negligent homicide in connection with the death of a 3-month-old in October.

NASHUA, N.H. — Two Nashua residents, Jasmine Cedar-Fultz, 32, and Xorrel Cabrera, 24, were arrested on Wednesday on felony warrants for negligent homicide in connection with the death of their 3-month-old child last October.
Nashua police, Nashua Fire Rescue, and American Medical Response responded to a report of an unresponsive infant on October 17, 2024. Responding officers and medical staff attempted to perform life-saving measures before transporting the baby to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, where the child was pronounced deceased.
Following an extensive investigation by the Nashua Police Department's Special Investigations Division, detectives were granted arrest warrants for the child's parents, Cabrera and Cedar-Fultz.

The two were located and arrested with the assistance of the Nashua Police Department's Narcotics Intelligence Division and the United States Marshal Service.
Both Cabrera and Cedar-Fultz are being held on preventative detention and are scheduled to be arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Division Nashua Court today, at 1:00 p.m.
