Police: No New Leads in Fatal Hit and Run
Anyone with information on the accident is urged to contact Nashua Police.
Nashua Police said they have no new leads at this point in Sunday's fatal hit-and-run case.
"We have no new information on the fatal hit and run," Lt. Denis Linehan said in an email Thursday morning. "We continue to urge anyone with information to call us."
Robert Derome, 63, of Nashua was found dead on the side of the road on West Hollis Street around 7:30 p.m. Sunday. An autopsy showed that he suffered severe injuries to his head and pelvis. It is believed that the injuries were caused by being struck by a motor vehicle. The operator of the motor vehicle did not stop after the accident.
Anyone who was traveling in the area of West Hollis Street between 7 and 7:30 p.m. on Sunday is asked to contact the Nashua Police Department at 603-594-3500.
