Police Seek Truck That Caused Two Accidents on Everett

Police have a description of a vehicle with Massachusetts plates.

On Thursday, November 2i, 2013 at approximately 9:20 p.m., Troopers from the New Hampshire State Police Troop B barracks responded to a multi-car accident with injury on both the northbound and southbound sides of the FE Everett Turnpike in the area of Exit 6 in Nashua.

Witnesses reported that an unknown white pickup truck, possibly a Ford F150 with Massachusetts plates, lost control as it traveled northbound on the FE Everett Turnpike as it approached Exit 6. As a result of having lost control, the white pickup truck clipped another pickup truck which then struck an SUV. The white pickup truck then struck the median jersey barrier causing the truck’s bedcap and its contents to become dislodged from the truck. The truck’s bedcap and its contents then crossed over the median, striking two vehicles traveling southbound, before coming to rest in the roadway.

The vehicle that caused the accident failed to stop at the scene and continued traveling northbound from the scene.  The vehicle was carrying a load of compressed wood bricks and patio bricks which were strewn about both sides of the roadway. The vehicle should have fresh damage to the front end and is missing a headlamp and directional lamp assembly. A caller was able to provide information on a possible suspect vehicle and matching Massachusetts registration plate. The New Hampshire State Police is currently following up on that information.
