Did you miss Nashua Mayor Donnalee Lozeau's State of the City address? If so, you're not alone, as she was forced to do a pre-recorded State of the City which aired on local cable Channel 16 when the Board of Alderman's meeting scheduled for Feb. 18 was cancelled due to snow.
