Sidewalk Project Update: Buttoning Up for the Season

Last stretch of sidewalk due to go in by Grace Fellowship Church.

The following installment of the weekly sidewalk update is posted on the city's website at gonashua.com.

During the week of October 15
all concrete was poured on the east side of Block 2 with the exception of a small pad on Temple Street. All planters are planted with the exception of the planter in front of Sen. Ayotte’s office. The crew trenched across Factory Street and ran conduit for the electrical on Block 3. The brick work continued. The poles for the street lights were installed and should be lit by the middle of next week.

Week of Oct. 21: The street crew will light the street lights on the east side of block 2 and will plan to pour the concrete pad on Temple Street. The meter pit for the irrigation will be installed. The planting bed will be planted. The last part of the Main Street project for this season will be the replacement of the section of sidewalk in front of Grace Fellowship Church.

Schedule is tentative and subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.  If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact Lisa Fauteux, Director or Andy Patrician, Operations Manager on site or at 589-3140.
