Summer Roundup In Nashua: 18 Arrested On Crimes ‘Frequently Associated With Drug Activity,’ Police Say
The Department's Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit arrested more than a dozen people in July and August.
NASHUA, NH — Eighteen people in July and August were arrested on various drug crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other offenses, the department said Wednesday.
Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor for the Nashua Police Department, said members of the department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit were involved in the investigations and rounding up of the suspects.

The following people were arrested:
Katherine Bathrick, 37, was charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent offense and one count of license required.

Kevin Coutu, 35, was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and fentanyl-subsequent offense.
Tobby Gagnon, 50, was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and crack cocaine-subsequent offense.
Laura Gettings, 34, was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent offense.
Alissa Gutierrez, 31, was charged with four felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, oxycodone hydrochloride, methamphetamine, clonazepam, one felony count of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-cocaine, two counts of dealing in or possessing prescription drugs-dextroamphetamine and clonidine, and one count of possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.
Gerald Hebert, 51, was charged with one felony count of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine.
Kemi Josey Jones, 46, was charged with four counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and methamphetamine.
Manuel Jones, 28, was charged with five felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine, MDMA, clonazepam, zolpidem tartrate-subsequent offense and one count of dealing/possessing prescription drugs-gabapentin.
Donna Kelly, 51, was charged with 2 felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and fentanyl-subsequent offense and she had an active capias warrant.
Erica Lake, 36, was arrested and charged with one felony count of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent offense.
Courtney Lavalle, unknown age, was charged with three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and fentanyl and one felony count of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl.
Tyler Leighton, 31, was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and fentanyl.
Noah Liss, 32, was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and fentanyl.
Angelique McClintock, 24, was charged with three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, fentanyl, and alprazolam.
Mario Monserrate Morgan, 41, was charged with one felony count of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent offense.
Marissa Powell, 35, was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and fentanyl-subsequent offense and criminal trespass.
Randy Scanlon, 49, was charged with one felony count of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent offense and one count of transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.
Bathrick, Gagnon, Hebert, Manuel Jones, Lake, Lavalle, Leighton, Liss, Lurie, and Morgan were released on personal recognizance.
Coutu was released on $500 cash bail pending arraignment in Nashua District Court. Gettings was held on $500 cash bail. Jones was released on $400 cash bail. Powell was released on $120 cash bail. Kelly, Gutierrez, McClintock, and Scanlon were held without bail.
