Third Strike Theft Means Felony Charge for Drifter
Daniel Beauregard faces felony theft due to two prior theft convictions.

On July 29, 2013 at approximately 6:40 pm members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operations Bureau arrested Daniel Beauregard, 31, No Fixed Address, for Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Third Strike, Class B Felony.
The Nashua Police Department received a report of a theft from a homeowner on July 22, 2013. Members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operations Bureau responded and further investigated this incident. As a result of this investigation, Daniel Beauregard was identified as the person that committed this theft and was arrested.
Daniel Beauregard is charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Third Strike, Class B Felony. The Third Strike aspect of this charge is due to Daniel Beauregard having two prior theft related convictions
A Class B Felony is punishable by up to 7 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Daniel Beauregard was released on personal recognizance and his arraignment is scheduled for August 8, 2013 at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court.
