New Hampshire State Police are investigating a crash on Oct. 19 just south of Exit 6 in the northbound lane involving two vehicles that left a Hudson woman with injuries.
According to police, just after 1 p.m. a white 2006 Volkswagen GTI driven by Danielle Chevalier-Brown, 43, from Hudson, made a lane change and did not see a brown 2005 Volvo XC70 operated by Megan Peters, 23, of Groton, Mass., who was already established in the adjacent lane. As a result both vehicles collided and spun out into the center median barrier. The operator of the white Volkswagen was transported to St. Joseph Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The operator of the Volvo was not injured.
Portions of the Everett Turnpike were shut down restricting northbound traffic to two lanes for approximately one hour during the investigation. Nashua Fire and Police Departments assisted at the scene.
