She was found by Massachusetts State Police Trooper Higginson on Route 93 in Methuen after an alert citizen called to report her walking on the side of the highway, according to local authorities.Methuen Police had asked for the public's help on Wednesday in finding Talbot. On Thursday, they thanked people for sharing the information on social media.The missing woman was last seen about 9 Tuesday morning in the Woodland Street area in Methuen.
