Additional Blasting to Take Place this Week Near Wall Street
This blasting will take place in addition to the blasting currently taking place.

Windham residents who were out and about last night might have noticed that even more blasting is taking place this week in Windham.
As required for the construction of the new alignment of Route 111, blasting will run until Friday between Wall Street and 87 Indian Rock Road, taking place each day at approximately 6:30 p.m.
It is required in that area that blasting take place after normal business hours as an additional safety precaution.

This blasting is in addition to the current blasting taking place in Windham between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Traffic on N.H. Route 111 may be temporarily stopped during blasting as a safety precaution, resulting in minor delays.

The project is part of the construction of the new Interstate 93 roadway in the area of Exit 3.
R.S. Audley of Bow, N.H. is the general contractor for the $32 million project, which is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2016.
