9:14 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is rpeorted at Howie Glynn & Sons / B&H Oil Co. Inc. on Indian Rock Road.

9:26 p.m. Paul Viola, 53, of 13 Silver Spring Drive in Bedford, N.H. is arrested west of the walking bridge on Salem Road and charged with driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol beverages.
