Why is the Rear Portion of Griffin Park Closed?
A couple of readers have asked, and we have an answer.
A pair of readers have sent emails to Windham Patch asking why the rear portion of Griffin Park is closed.
According to Windham Recreation, maintenance has begun in that area of the park.
The closure is on the soccer/lacrosse field as work will run from now until the end of July.

The town will begin work on the swale within the next few weeks and asked that residents use caution in that area.
