The list, compiled by travel website Hotels.com, highlights beaches that offer the best amenities for travelers and locals looking to have a good time.
"Whether you're seeking a trendy lounge in Miami or a lively tiki-themed dive bar in Hawaii, our comprehensive guide has you covered," Hotels.com wrote. "Discover the prime locations for beachside festivals, explore the top gay-friendly beach clubs, sing your heart out at popular karaoke bars, unwind at sophisticated private beach clubs and dance the night away at the liveliest dance floors — all situated along some of the most breathtaking beaches across the United States."

Seaside Heights Beach was ranked fifth on Hotels.com's list.
With its many casinos, arcades and rollercoasters, Hotels.com described Seaside Heights Beach as "one of the most exciting, fun-packed party beach destinations to visit."

"The Beachcomber Bar and Grill was made famous by the cast of 'Jersey Shore,' who ate there in the daytime and then stayed to dance the night away," Hotels.com wrote. "Also popular with the cast was Jenkinson’s. If you fancy drinks right on the beach, head to their Jenks Pavilion Bar or North Inlet Bar. And if you’re in the mood for dancing, try JENKS Club."
