ASBURY PARK, NJ – One of the many things that Asbury Park is known for is its vibrant music scene, from bands playing at iconic locations like the Stone Pony and the Wonder Bar to newer places like House of Independents. Whether it is local musicians trying to make a name for themselves or national touring acts stopping by, there’s always a show going on in Asbury.
Here are five shows to check out this November in Asbury Park:
Nov. 4: Andrew McMahon: The Three Pianos Tour At The Stone Pony
Known chiefly for being the lead singer of Jack’s Mannequin, singer-songwriter Andrew McMahon is coming to Asbury Park as part of his Three Pianos tour, which shares the name of his recent book.

Nov. 5: Anti-Flag, Bad Cop/Bad Cop and Doll Skin At House Of Independents
Pittsburgh punk band Anti-Flag is playing at Asbury’s House of Independents on Nov.5 as part of their North American tour. Joining them are Bad Cop/Bad Cop and Doll Skin.
Nov. 12: The Wallflowers At The Stone Pony
One of the iconic bands of the ’90s, the Wallflowers, led by Jakob Dylan, will be playing both classic hits like “One Headlight” and songs from their first new album in nine years, “Exit Wounds.”

Nov. 19: Titus Andronicus At House Of Independents
Glen Rock’s Titus Andronicus will be performing their class album “The Monitor” in its entirety at the House Of Independents on Nov. 19 with opening act Disq.
Nov. 20: Tramps Like Us At The Wonder Bar
Billed as “The Nation’s No.1 Springsteen Tribute Show,” Tramps Like Us will be bringing all of the best Bruce Springsteen hits to the Wonder Bar in Asbury Park.
