ASBURY PARK - The polls have closed, ballots have been cast and residents have made their voices heard in Asbury Park. With 4,197 total votes in the race for Asbury Park Board of Education, three winners have surfaced as of Wednesday morning, according to the Monmouth County Clerk’s Office.
Three incumbents will retain their positions for three open seats on the Asbury Park Board of Education, according to the most updated tallies. They are current board members Kenneth Saunders Jr., Jessie M. Ricks and Ladina Alls.
