This New Year’s Day gathering invites you to step into 2026 with clarity, joy, and renewed purpose through a powerful trio of practices designed to awaken, uplift, and restore.
We will begin with an accessible yoga practice that honors balance between effort and ease clearing stagnant energy from the year past. The practice is welcoming to all levels and can be adapted to meet the body where it is. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll create space for new intentions, new possibilities, and a vibrant sense of aliveness.
From there, we will shift into the heart opening experience of kirtan, the devotional practice of sound that uplifts the spirit and connects us to something greater than ourselves. Let your voice mingle with the sounds of the instruments and voices around you, dissolving barriers and welcoming in a year filled with connection and joy.
To complete our journey, you’ll be guided into the deep, tranquil stillness of Yoga Nidra, the yogic sleep. This restorative meditation will help anchor your resolutions and visions for the year ahead, offering rest, integration, and a profound sense of inner peace.
