3 Injured In Crash On Route 72 In Stafford: Police
A teenager was issued a summons for careless driving on Saturday after a crash on Route 72 near the intersection of Hull Road, police said.

STAFFORD, NJ — A teenager was issued a summons for careless driving on Saturday after a crash on Route 72 near the intersection of Hull Road, Stafford police said.
At 12:30 p.m., a 2011 Toyota operated by a 17-year-old girl, of Hillsborough, was traveling east on Route 72 when her vehicle crashed into a vehicle waiting to turn into a plaza driveway, police said.
The juvenile's vehicle crashed into a 2014 Hyundai driven by Frank Beck, 53, of Maple Shade. Beck was taken to Atlantic City Medical Center for his injuries and was pending release, police said.

The juvenile was treated and released at Southern Ocean Medical Center. Beck had a passenger onboard who was also transported to Southern Ocean Medical Center and released.
A careless driving summons was issued to the juvenile, pending an appearance in the Stafford Municipal Court.

Assisting on scene were Sgt. J. Schweigart, MPO C. Smith, MPO J. Luna, the Stafford Township Fire Department, Stafford EMS and Barnegat EMS.
