6 Charged In Illegal Weed Delivery Service Bust: Ocean County Prosecutor

A Toms River business, two homes in Waretown and one Jackson home were used to distribute marijuana throughout the county, officials say.

OCEAN COUNTY, NJ — Six Ocean County residents were charged in a bust of an illegal marijuana delivery service that spanned the county, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.

The two-month multi-agency investigation found a commercial establishment in Toms River, two residences in Waretown and one residence in Jackson being used by Glenn Jazikoff (41, Jackson), Jennifer Jazikoff (38, Jackson), Debra Lomonico (60, Toms River), Kristie Lomonico (37, Waretown), Jessica Rein (37, Waretown) and Michael Fidali (37, Waretown) to distribute marijuana throughout Ocean County via a delivery service called "The Green Bean," Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.

Detectives established surveillance on the business on Route 9 in Toms River on July 25, 2025, Billhimer said. They watched the aforementioned subjects enter the business and, once they left, they were taken into custody on the spot. Court-authorized search warrants were then executed on the business, the two Waretown homes and the Jackson home, Billhimer said.
