Another View Of Stafford's Lollipop-Sucking Bank Robber

Robbery occurred around shortly after 4 p.m. on Thursday

STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ - Stafford police have released a video of the lollipop-sucking suspect wanted in the Chase Bank robbery on Martin Truex Boulevard on Thursday afternoon.

The suspect left on foot after the 4:15 p.m. incident and no vehicle was seen. He did not display a weapon, Lt. James R. Vaughn said.

Police released several still photos on Friday, but this is the first video footage posted on the department's Facebook page.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6'0 tall, weighing approximately 225 pounds. He was wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt with a dark zipper, dark sunglasses, light-colored jeans and dark shoes.

"Also, it is apparent, the subject had a lollipop in his mouth," Vaughn has said. "He handed the teller a handwritten note, and she turned the turned the monies over to him. The amount of money taken is currently undetermined."

He fled the area on foot south from the CHASE Bank toward the AldiFood Store and BJs. The Stafford Township Police Department's K9 unit and patrol officers searched the surrounding area, but were unable to locate the suspect, he said.
