Barnegat Man Charged With Possession Of Fentanyl: State Police
New Jersey State Police arrested three men in a fentanyl distribution network, including a Barnegat man, authorities said Friday.
NEW JERSEY — New Jersey State Police arrested three men in a fentanyl distribution network, including a Barnegat man, Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal announced Friday.
Andre Sulimenko, 56, was charged with possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl and conspiracy to distribute fentanyl.
The New Jersey State Police Opioid Enforcement Task Force (OETF), received information Wednesday about the possible distribution of fentanyl by two employees of the United States Postal Service in Jackson.

An investigation found two employees, William Woolley, 52, of Jackson, and Nicholas Gooskos, 41, of Spring Lake, were suspects in the fentanyl distribution network.
Detectives observed Sulimenko pull his Subaru into the driveway of Woolley’s residence in Jackson Wednesday for an alleged narcotics transaction. Following an exchange between Sulimenko and Wolleey, detectives found Sulimenko was in possession of one kilogram of fentanyl. Sulimenko was arrested at the scene without incident.

Later that day, authorities executed a search warrant on Woolley’s home and found he was in possession of 18 handguns, 28 rifles and shotguns, high-capacity magazines and various firearm parts.
Detectives arrested Gooskos on Thursday while on his mail delivery route in Neptune for possessing 120 individual doses of heroin. Following a search of Gooskos’ home, authorities seized one kilogram of fentanyl, five rifles, one assault rifle, two shotguns, high-capacity magazines and ammunition.
Sulimenko is lodged in the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.
The fentanyl seized in this investigation had an estimated street value of $3,000,000, according to authorities.
The Barnegat Police Department assisted in this investigation, and the State Police Ballistics Unit identified and processed the firearms seized by detectives. The case is being prosecuted by the Division of Criminal Justice.
