Barnegat Man Killed, One Seriously Injured In Garden State Parkway Crash, State Police Say

OCEAN TOWNSHIP - A Barnegat man died on Saturday night when his car plowed into several trees off the Garden State Parkway near milepost 69.9,, according to a report on app.com
Daniel Forrest, 35, was heading southbound on the Parkway when his car veered off the roadway and struck the trees, State Trooper Alejandro Goez said.
Passenger Kelly Jarossy, 37, Beachwood, was seriously injured and taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City. It was raining at the time of the accident, which was reported to police at 10:21 p.m.
