Bike Thief Suspect Caught In Barnegat

BARNEGAT, NJ - Barnegat police are asking for the public's help to identify a man who stole a Schwinn bicycle from outside the Barnegat branch of the Ocean County Library and rode away on it, according to the police department's Facebook page.

The victim parked his unsecured black bike next to the front door at roughly 10:55 a.m. on Jan. 23. The man in the video is seen leaving the library at 1:33 p.m., then taking off on the victim's bike, the post states.
