Have You Seen Shea?

SURF CITY, NJ - Shea, a much-loved dog, is missing and her heartbroken owners are hoping that someone spotted her or took her in.
Amanda Buckle was visiting her parents in Surf City on Friday. Her parents were walking her on north 4th street when Shea slipped out of her collar. She hasn't been seen since.
Shea is a rescue dog and weigh about 50 pounds. She is a eight-year-old boxer/pit bull mix who is friendly, but a little skittish, Buckle said.

Shea is probably dehydrated and scared.
"She LOVES cheese, so if you see her, tell her you have cheese," Buckle wrote on her Facebook page. "Don't try to chase her. Best if you could try to close her in a fenced-in yard. Please message us with any information -possible sightings, etc. We'll keep you updated."

Buckle and her family, who live in Barnegat, will be visiting local animal shelters today. The police have already been notified.
