House Fire In Stafford Township Under Investigation

The cause of the fire is still under investigation and has not been determined as of Tuesday night, Stafford police said.

STAFFORD, NJ — Authorities were actively investigating a structure fire on Oak Avenue in the Cedar Run section of Stafford Township on Tuesday afternoon.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation and has not been determined as of Tuesday night.

At this time, the fire is being investigated by the Stafford Township Bureau of Fire Prevention, the Ocean County Fire Marshall and the Stafford Township Detective Bureau.

The Stafford Township Police Department responded to the fire with assistance from the Stafford Township Fire Company and EMS, and fire companies from Barnegat, Parkertown, Forked River and Eagleswood.
