Little Egg Harbor Man Charged With Possession Of Child Porn

LITTLE EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ - The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office has charged a Little Egg Harbor man with one count of possession of child pornography, a spokesman said.

Peter S. Yeager, 59, 524 Pine Valley Court, was arrested yesterday after a search warrant was executed at his home, said spokesman Al Della Fave.

His arrest was the result of an investigation by the Prosecutor's Office's High Tech Crimes Unit, Little Egg Harbor police and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security, he said.

Authorities said the investigation revealed that Yeager possessed images of children engaged in sexual acts.

The arrest came after referrals from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about people sharing or downloading images of prepubescent children engaged in sexual acts, Della Fave said.

Yeager is being held in the Ocean County Jail pending a first appearance.
