Man Uploaded Child Sexual Abuse Images From Barnegat Home: Prosecutor
Fabian Lugo, 27, had several items of child pornography on his devices, authorities said.
BARNEGAT, NJ — A Barnegat man is accused of accessing and uploading child sexual abuse images from his home, authorities said.
Fabian Lugo, 27, was charged with possession of child pornography on Feb. 20, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
The investigation was the result of a referral from the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, Billhimer said. The ICAC Task Force got a cyber-tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that an individual was uploading images of child pornography via an internet application.

A court-authorized search warrant was executed on Lugo's home on Feb. 20. Several items of child sexual abuse images were found on his electronic devices, Billhimer said. Lugo was taken to Ocean County Jail where he remains.
