Manahawkin Lake Will Be Closed On 4 Days In August
The swimming beach at A. Paul King County Park will be closed on a few days in August as college-aged lifeguards return to school.
MANAHAWKIN, NJ — The swimming beach at A. Paul King County Park will be closed on a few days in August as college-aged lifeguards return to school.
Officials at Ocean County Parks and Recreation said the swimming beach will be closed on Aug. 15, 19, 21, 26 and Sept. 2.
The beach will have enough staffing to open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Labor Day weekend.
