MTV's 'Beach House' Will Film In Long Beach Township For A Week
Filming for the show will take place in a Loveladies house, MTV says.

MTV will begin filming a new version of "MTV Beach House" in the Loveladies section of Long Beach Township later this month, according to app.com.
But Snooky and her crew won't be anywhere in sight.
The stars of the show and the production company will not live in the house. The show won't be a reality show, but a "performance-driven show" hosted by MTV's Nessa ("Girl Code"), Cody Christian ("Teen Wolf") and Chico Bean ("Wild 'n Out").

The filming will last less than a week.
“It’s fine that Snooki and the guys aren’t coming down because there’s nothing for them to do here,” said Loveladies homeowner Michael Dzielak. “There’s no place for them to get drunk and cause mayhem. It sounds like a nice gig for the artists. I’m curious to see how this plays out.”

An MTV Beach House Festival featuring MisterWives and Kyle will be held on June 8 at the township's Bayview Park to kick off filming. Portions of the festival will be shown on MTV social and digital channels. Fans can follow @MTV on Twitter and retweet the designated sweepstakes tweets to win tickets.
“Snapchat, Twitter and Facebook Live didn’t even exist when we last opened the MTV Beach House as the ultimate summer hangout for our audience 14 years ago,” said MTV spokesman Matthew Newcomb in a statement. “We’re thrilled to partner with Mountain Dew Spiked Lemonade to bring back the Beach House in a totally updated way that speaks to a new generation of digitally native fans.”
