New Buffalo Wild Wings GO Holds Grand Opening In Barnegat

BARNEGAT, NJ — Feeling hungry? Buffalo Wild Wings announced Friday that its newest Buffalo Wild Wings GO location in Barnegat will hold its grand opening on March 6.

The new restaurant is located in the Barnegat 67 Plaza at 770 Lighthouse Drive, Suite D-A.

And wing fans won't want to miss out - starting at 10:30 a.m. that day, the first 50 guests in line will win free wings for a year. Recipients will get a voucher for six wings every week for 52 weeks.

Then at 10:45 a.m., local franchisee and New Jersey native Bill Mulholland will be joined by Mayor Joseph Marte and local first responders for the official ribbon cutting.

“Today's celebration marks an exciting milestone both for the Buffalo Wild Wings brand and our team as we open Barnegat's first Buffalo Wild Wings GO,” Mulholland said. “Frequenting Buffalo Wild Wings has been a part of our family's road trip traditions for years, so having the opportunity to open our own location is really special for us. Our team looks forward to serving and supporting the Barnegat community both within and beyond our restaurant's doors.”

GO is a new style of Buffalo Wild Wings. Here, guests have the option to order takeout or delivery, as well as in-store seating for dining at the restaurant. The Buffalo Wild Wings GO concept, which officially launched in 2020, is designed to streamline guests' orders whether they decide to dine-in or enjoy their meal on-the-go, according to the company.

The new Barnegat location offers traditional and boneless wings, hand-breaded tenders, chicken sandwiches, burgers, sides, and all 26 Buffalo Wild Wings signature sauces and dry rubs. The 2,296 square-foot restaurant employs 30 crew members and is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Another Buffalo Wild Wings GO is set to open in Manahawkin some time this spring.
